About Me
Making your way through life can be hard. High stress levels, interpersonal conflict, trauma and many other aspects of life can make us feel overwhelmed. Other times we just feel like “How did I end up here?” Many times we just need a little bit of help to juggle all of the balls we have in the air. I believe that together we can overcome obstacles and learn new ways to effectively deal with issues that crop up. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have over 3 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and adolescents. I have clinical experience working on a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, decision making and family conflict resolution. I work with children, and adults, offering individual, relationship and family counseling. My greatest assets as a therapist are compassion and a solutions-focused mindset.
