Learning to view a glass as half-full rather than
          half-empty, redefining problems as opportunities
for growth, or increasing one’s confidence
to view more options as viable might be the
new perspective that works in your situation.

Interests

Hi and welcome to our website.  I hope you find it useful.

I came on board with New Perspectives in September of 1999 after working at two community mental health centers:  Family and Children’s Services of Central Maryland and Jewish Family Services.  I also worked at St. Vincent’s Home for Children.  I trained for two years with Israela Myerstein, AAMFT Supervisor in Marital and Family Therapy.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients, ages 4 to 65, and with a variety of issues, from depression, anxiety, adjustment to changing life stages and events, couples and other relationship issues, stress, grief, women’s issues and parenting.  I particularly enjoy working with families.

I am married and have one child.
