Learning to view a glass as half-full rather than
          half-empty, redefining problems as opportunities
for growth, or increasing one’s confidence
to view more options as viable might be the
new perspective that works in your situation.

Interests

I am a certified clinical social worker and take great pleasure in working with various populations; including children, adolescents, and adults.  My experience includes working with the needs of others in multiple settings; such as schools, hospitals, and outpatient clinics.  I am interested in addressing difficulties related to anxiety, mood, and relationships.  In order to help clients, I work with them to explore their current means of coping, their patterns of thought, and self esteem.  My goal as I work with clients is to assist them in achieving a more optimistic and constructive outlook, that can increase feelings of empowerment and a sense of daily fulfillment.
