Learning to view a glass as half-full rather than
          half-empty, redefining problems as opportunities
for growth, or increasing one’s confidence
to view more options as viable might be the
new perspective that works in your situation.

Interests

Over the years I've met, worked, and talked with many people in a variety of treatment settings which have ranged from inpatient to outpatient.  I've worked with people with a wide span of age differences.  Connecting, understanding, and clarifying are to me the underpinnings of the successful ability to become receptive to change.

Life enmeshes us in a maze of experiences that can result in "getting stuck" in our hurts, confusion, ambivalence, anger, stubborness, and the list goes on.  It is a very rewarding experience for me to be a part of that extended hand to help others become "unstuck".
