Learning to view a glass as half-full rather than
          half-empty, redefining problems as opportunities
for growth, or increasing one’s confidence
to view more options as viable might be the
new perspective that works in your situation.

Interests

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with 7 years of experience, in providing therapeutic services.  I have experience working in a variety of settings including adult and juvenile correctional facilities, hospitals, and schools.  During my 7 years of experience I have treated clients with depression, anxiety, psychosis, school or work related stress, relationship problems, social fears, and substance abuse.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults.  My overall goal in therapy is to assist the client with their present difficulty, help them to gain a deeper understanding about their symptoms, empower them to make positive, independent choices, and to ultimately assist the client in achieving an overall feeling of well being and balance in life.
