Erica has 37 years experience as a provider and administrator of Social Work services and programs. She has been a faculty adjunct for the undergraduate Social Work program at Morgan State University and a faculty adjunct for the graduate Social Work program at the University of Maryland School of Social Work and Community Planning at Baltimore.

Erica has worked extensively with all age groups, with individuals, and couples. She has experice and expertise dealing with anxiety and depressive disorders, marital difficulties, women's issues, parent-child relationship problems, etc. Additionally, Erica has led numerous workshops for lay people and professional counselors in the Greater Baltimore area.
