About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working in a broad variety of settings including community mental health clinics, private group practice, and managed care. My primary approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy. I help people understand that you feel the way you think and when you change the way you think, you change the way you feel! I work with your strengths to identify strategies and solutions to combat the underlying negative thoughts that may cause you to feel depressed, anxious or angry and give you the tools to better manage whatever life may throw at you. My goal is to meet people where they are and help to get them where they want to be!
