About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with a deep passion for supporting individuals during some of life’s most difficult transitions. For several years, I’ve worked within a large non-profit hospice organization, walking alongside patients and families as they navigate end-of-life care. That work has profoundly shaped my understanding of grief, resilience, and the human capacity for adaptation—even in the face of profound change.

Over time, my practice has grown to support not only those facing illness or caregiving challenges, but also individuals dealing with burnout, life transitions, and identity shifts. Whether you’re caring for a loved one, coping with chronic or acute illness, going through a divorce, supporting aging parents or contemplating an empty nest, I offer a space where your experiences are heard and honored.

I utilize a strength-based approach, grounded in empathy and active listening, to help clients uncover the insight and tools they already carry within themselves. Together, we’ll work to reduce overwhelm, build resilience, and move toward clarity and healing.
