About Me
Hi, Iām Molly Halleron.
I began my career as a school psychologist with Baltimore City Public Schools before taking some time away from my counseling work to focus on raising my three grown children. That time in my life deepened my appreciation for the many challenges and transitions people experience, and it continues to shape the way I approach counseling today.
I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), and I primarily work with adults of all ages. I have experience helping clients navigate various forms of anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, grief, and life transitions. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients attain practical tools, gain new insight, and move toward a place of greater peace and well being.
I understand that reaching out can feel overwhelming, especially if this is your first time coming to counseling. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe expressing your feelings. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their counseling experience.
